Currently, the Hydroshirt is available exclusively in black. We chose black for our initial launch because it pairs nicely with most other colors, making it a versatile choice for any running fit! We are aware of the desire for more color options and plan to expand our colorways as soon as possible, pending our capacity to meet factory minimums.

Our Hydroshirts are available in sizes XS-XL for women and S-XL for men. Please refer to the size chart provided above on this page for detailed measurements.

We understand the importance of offering a diverse range of sizes to accommodate all runners and are aware of the need to expand our size offerings. Due to initial production constraints, such as order minimums and high costs, we started with a more limited range. However, we are committed to expanding our size options in future production runs.

Washing your Hydroshirt is similar to other running shirts. We recommend machine washing in cold water using the delicate cycle. This helps protect the fabric life. Other wash and care recommendations include: use a gentle cleaner. Do not use bleach (such as non-chlorine bleach or oxygen bleach. It is best if washed separate from other clothes or if washed in a mesh bag. Always close the straps when washing to avoid any tangling. Do not iron or dry clean. Lay flat to dry. Lastly, the wash and care label on your shirt may peel over time. This is because the label was applied on a moisture-wicking fabric so we will be including a separate wash and care card in your shipment.

Note: Although this fabric is treated for anti-pill, the natural function of the two fabrics rubbing together may cause some interior pilling. This is a characteristic inherent to the garment's design and does not reflect on the quality of the product.

All parts of the water bladder are dishwasher safe. To clean it, simply separate all components—including the slider seal, straw, and valve—and place them in your dishwasher. For best results, use a gentle cycle with warm water to protect the bladder from high heat. After washing, ensure the bladder is fully dry by placing it upside down on a paper towel holder, tall glass, or any suitable item that allows adequate airflow.

Although the water bladder is dishwasher safe, we still recommend washing by hand. Alternatively, you can hand wash the bladder using a solution of baking soda, fresh lemon juice, and warm water. For a step-by-step guide, check out our video tutorial.

Absolutely! You can fill the water bladder with electrolytes or any hydration drink you prefer.

Although our bladders are treated with an antimicrobial solution to prevent microbial growth, we still recommend thoroughly cleaning the bladder immediately after use to help maintain its cleanliness, especially when filled with liquids other than water.
