Step 1: Insert the empty 1L water bladder into the insulated sleeve.

Step 2: Open the bladder and fill it with water or your favorite electrolyte drink.

Step 3: Once filled, close the bladder using the leakproof slider seal.

Step 4: Locate the velcro tab on the insulated sleeve. Loop it through the bladder’s slider seal to securely fasten the bladder, preventing any movement during use.

Step 5: Grab the end of the straw and funnel it through the designated straw opening at the front of the shirt.

Step 6: Next, connect the straw to the water bladder. You should hear a ‘click’ when it’s properly connected.

Step 7: Place the water bladder inside of the shirt’s pocket pouch.

Step 8: Zip up the pocket pouch.

Step 9: Once you’re wearing your Hydroshirt, clip the buckles and adjust the straps to ensure the water bladder fits snugly against your body.

Step 10: Attach the straw to the magnet clip.
